The dewar is nice in quality. Service was exceptional before, during, and really good after. However, when the second stopper/lid broke they did suggest that it was my own fault, which I did not appreciate as I was careful when handling it. A slight bit of lateral pressure was all it took to break of the styrofoam (glued on) from the plastic lid. So my suggestion would be to buy extra lids to have spares.
